Resting Heart Rate
Measure, log and track your resting heart rate over time.
How to find your pulse
- Sit and rest quietly for at least 5 minutes.
- Use your index and middle fingers — never your thumb (it has its own pulse).
- Place them on the inside of your wrist, just below the base of your thumb, or on the side of your neck beside the windpipe.
- Press gently until you feel a steady beat.
- When you tap Start, count every beat for 15 seconds.
- Enter the count — we'll calculate your BPM.
💡 Tip: Check your resting heart rate before and after exercise or meditation. Tracking it over time helps you see progress, spot trends, and understand how your body responds.
