What is a Schulte Table?
A Schulte Table is a 5×5 grid of randomly placed numbers (1–25), developed by German psychiatrist Walter Schulte to measure attention and visual scanning speed. It's used by speed readers, athletes, and pilots to expand peripheral vision and sharpen focus.
How to play
- Fix your gaze on the number in the center of the grid
- Find and tap numbers in order: 1, 2, 3 … 25
- Try to use peripheral vision — don't dart your eyes
- Complete it within 30 seconds
